  All of the Lowe's Foods stores that I've been to in Greensboro have been renovated & updated so the aisles are wider and the stores are clean and inviting. They use local produce as much as possible and have an array of organic items at a better price than Whole Foods, for example. Selection is great, meats are great, and they have prepared foods in the deli section. If you want birthday cakes, brownies, or other baked goods, this is the best place to go according to my family's tastes and much less expensive than specialty bakeries. They're very accommodating in the bakery. They have a wine section, often staffed by a knowledgeable person & a small floral section.
